Message the air to an acceptable psi due to the nature of the test? That is, the engine can compress the air well, but as far as containing it after it's compressed it'll immediately leak out due to the intake valve not seating?

Is it possible a valve guide is bad on that cylinder and not letting the intake valve seat properly, but upon a compression test the multiple rotations of the engine give it enough chances to seat decently?
